Drug & Laboratory Disposal, Inc. (DLD) will provide the services to properly remove the hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams generated by your company. On the scheduled day of removal, DLD’s Field Service Chemist will inventory, package, label, and load the waste streams for transport. Prior to departure, DLD’s Field Service Chemist will complete the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests (EPA Form 8700-22) and the Land Disposal Restriction Notification and Certification Forms (LDR Forms) for signature.

These services will be performed in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, and rules concerning the proper removal and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes.
